Character Design

I've been toying around with some character design in my spare time. Pushing my style and trying new things.

I'm trying to develop a new style I can use for app games, cartooning and related fields.

Either way I thought I would share my most recent designs with you.

So here are the initial designs. You can see how in the second row I decided on a few key details and I set to refining it.

From there I moved on to my final design. I'm half way through the turn around process and I'm using this time to work out colour palettes in my head. I've changed her hat as well and settled on some shoe details.

I'll keep this design up to date here for you to see.

I'll also be updating the digital painting I was working on last time!
